Rate

The special conference nightly rate is $129.00 plus applicable state and local occupancy taxes. Please note this booking is a non-cancel reservation.

Rooms have been blocked for December 6 - 8, 2023 and can be edited for one night only.  You may reserve at this rate until November 22, 2023 by 11:59 PM, at which time they will be released to the public and this rate or a room may not be available. All reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card or first-night room deposit.

    1. Default dates - checking in Wednesday 12/6 and checking out Friday 12/8 - guests can shorten to one night if needed.

Rooms have been blocked until November 28, 2023, at which time they will be released to the public and this rate or availability cannot be guaranteed. All reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card or first-night room deposit.

  1. You may make an online reservation through Hilton which includes the discounted rate.

  2. You may contact the hotel directly to make your reservation and specify that you will be attending the KU Asphalt Paving Conference or group code “90N”.
