Check Sheet for Graduate Student Applications
Please make sure to complete all of the items below. If you have any

Contact the CEAE Graduate Advisor, Professor Bruce McEnroe, at
(785) 864-2925 or mcenroe@ku.edu to discuss your
interests and the options and opportunities available to you at
the University of Kansas.

Complete the Graduate School Application online
or paper form.

Pay the Graduate School application fee online or
mail the check to:
KU Graduate Application Processing Center

Send one official transcript from each academic institution you
have attended to:
Graduate Secretary
KU CEAE Department
2150 Learned Hall
1530 W. 15th Street
Lawrence, KS 66045

Submit GRE scores (unless waived by the CEAE Graduate Advisor)
to the KU Graduate Application Processing Center.

Arrange for three letters of recommendation to be sent to the
Graduate Secretary at the address above.

Send your personal statement of purpose (required) and resume
(not required but helpful) to the CEAE graduate secretary at the
address above.

If you received your bachelor's degree from a non-English
speaking country, you must submit TOEFL or IELTS scores to the
KU Graduate Application Processing Center. Learn more about the

proficiency requirements.
